Chicago’s Leading Edge, a chapter of Women in Aviation International, invites you to an inspiring evening celebrating the life and legacy of Sally Ride—the first American woman in space and a quiet revolutionary in STEM and LGBTQ+ history.

About the Film

SALLY tells the full story of a space icon and private trailblazer. For the first time, her partner of 27 years, Dr. Tam O’Shaughnessy, shares the truth behind Ride’s life, love, and leadership. This intimate documentary celebrates her legacy in science, education, and equality.
